This classic tomato-based drink, similar to a Bloody Mary but with gin, is perfect for brunch or a savoury happy hour. We've used tomato juice from fellow B Corp Longbottom & Co.

Ingredients

  • 50ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 1 Can of Longbottom & Co Virgin Mary Tomato Juice
  • Vampire Botherer Hot Sauce, to taste
  • Sea salt and Tajin for rim
  • Cocktail stick with olive, pickle, pickled onion, cherry tomato and celery

Method

  1. Rim the glass with sea salt and Tajin
  2. Add The Botanist, tomato juice and hot sauce to a mixing glass and stir
  3. Pour into rimmed ice filled glass
  4. Garnish with a cocktail stick with olive, pickle, pickled onion, cherry tomato and celery
