Aptly named, this holiday signature serve is merry and bright thanks to the appearance of seasonal cranberries and rosemary. This batched cocktail serves eight.

Ingredients

  • 600ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 240ml Water
  • 15ml/0.5oz Dry vermouth
  • 50g Cranberries
  • 3 Sprigs rosemary

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing glass or jug
  2. Freeze in a clip-top bottle that’s suitable for the freezer
  3. Strain chilled mixture into a Nick and Nora glass.
  4. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary
