Aptly named, this holiday signature serve is merry and bright thanks to the appearance of seasonal cranberries and rosemary. This batched cocktail serves eight.
Ingredients
- 600ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 240ml Water
- 15ml/0.5oz Dry vermouth
- 50g Cranberries
- 3 Sprigs rosemary
Method
- Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing glass or jug
- Freeze in a clip-top bottle that’s suitable for the freezer
- Strain chilled mixture into a Nick and Nora glass.
- Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary
