Ingredients

  • 45ml/1.5oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 15ml/0.5oz Simple syrup
  • Soda water or champagne to top
  • A sprig of thyme and orange peel

Method

  1. Pour The Botanist and simple syrup into an ice filled glass and stir
  2. Top with soda water or champagne
  3. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and orange peel
