Ingredients

  • 40ml The Botanist Cask Rested Gin
  • 100ml Coffee concentrate
  • 3 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 15ml Maple syrup
  • 3 Dashes of chocolate bitters
  • Garnish: sesame seeds and coconut curls

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, blend and then pour into a frappe-style glass
  2. Garnish with sesame seeds and coconut curls
