The Botanist Highball | Autumn / Winter
The Highball is a cocktail for the G&T lover who's after something a little bit fruitier to kick off an enjoyable day or night on the terrace. This seasonal twist uses cranberry juice and is garnished with rosemary and pink peppercorns.
Ingredients
- 30ml/1oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 20ml/0.75oz Cranberry juice
- 15ml/0.5oz Simple syrup (or to taste)
- Premium soda water
- Rosemary and pink peppercorns
Method
- Add The Botanist, cranberry juice and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with rosemary and pink peppercorns
