The Botanist Highball | Autumn / Winter


The Highball is a cocktail for the G&T lover who's after something a little bit fruitier to kick off an enjoyable day or night on the terrace. This seasonal twist uses cranberry juice and is garnished with rosemary and pink peppercorns.

Ingredients

  • 30ml/1oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 20ml/0.75oz Cranberry juice
  • 15ml/0.5oz Simple syrup (or to taste)
  • Premium soda water
  • Rosemary and pink peppercorns

Method

  1. Add The Botanist, cranberry juice and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice
  2. Top with soda water
  3. Garnish with rosemary and pink peppercorns
