A unique take on the classic Negroni cocktail. The Botanist Autumn / Winter White Negroni is perfect for after-dinner sipping or enjoying late into the night.

Ingredients

  • 30ml/1oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 30ml/1oz Italicus
  • 30ml/1oz Dry vermouth
  • A twist of orange

Method

  1. Pour The Botanist, vermouth and Italicus into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold
  2. Strain into a tumbler with a large cube of ice
  3. Garnish with a twist of orange
