Ingredients

  • 35ml /1oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 4-5 Brambles
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • Ice
  • Premium tonic

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with 2/3 ice
  2. Add The Botanist and top with premium tonic
  3. Garnish with rosemary and brambles
