Bitter. Sweet. Complex. The classic Negroni is always a good choice.
Ingredients
- 25ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 25ml Red bitters
- 25ml Sweet vermouth
- Orange peel to garnish
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with 2/3 ice and stir until chilled
- Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass
- Express the orange peel over the glass
- Garnish with orange peel
