The Botanist Cask Aged Chimichurri
Ridiculously good paired with grilled steak, our bright and herbaceous gin chimichurri is also great drizzled over roast veggies or a leafy green salad for fresh, tangy flavour.
Enjoy with our Cask Aged Botanist and Soda.
The Botanist Cask Aged Chimichurri
Ingredients
50ml The Botanist Cask Aged Gin
1tsp Dried oregano
1tsp Red chilli, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, minced
100ml Olive oil
30ml Red wine vinegar
Large handful chopped fresh parsley
Method
Whisk together the gin, oregano, chilli, garlic, olive oil and red wine vinegar in a small bowl.
Stir in the parsley, and season to taste.
