A seasonal twist on a classic Gin Spritz, garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of grapefruit for spring/summer brunching.

Ingredients

  • 45ml/1.5oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 15ml/0.5oz Simple syrup
  • Soda water or champagne to top
  • A sprig of mint and grapefruit wedge

Method

  1. Pour The Botanist and simple syrup into an ice filled glass and stir
  2. Top with soda water or champagne
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint and grapefruit wedge
