A seasonal twist on a classic Gin Spritz, garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of grapefruit for spring/summer brunching.
Ingredients
- 45ml/1.5oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 15ml/0.5oz Simple syrup
- Soda water or champagne to top
- A sprig of mint and grapefruit wedge
Method
- Pour The Botanist and simple syrup into an ice filled glass and stir
- Top with soda water or champagne
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and grapefruit wedge
