Bianco Negroni

Ingredients

  • 30ml / 1oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 30ml / 1oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 30ml / 1oz Carpano Bianco
  • Orange Peel to garnish

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with 2/3 with ice and stir until chilled
  2. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass
  3. Garnish with orange peel
