This Highball is a cocktail for the G&T lover with a fruitier twist. Perfectly refreshing for sipping on the terrace during spring and summer.

Ingredients

  • 30ml/1oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 20ml/0.75oz Grapefruit juice
  • 15ml/0.5oz Simple syrup (or to taste)
  • Premium soda water
  • Orange peel

Method

  1. Add The Botanist, grapefruit juice and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice
  2. Top with soda water
  3. Garnish with orange peel
