Ingredients
- 30ml/1oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 30ml/1oz Italicus
- 30ml/1oz Dry vermouth
- An edible flower
Method
- Pour The Botanist, vermouth and Italicus into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold
- Strain into a tumbler with a large cube of ice
- Garnish with an edible flower
