Ingredients

  • 30ml/1oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 30ml/1oz Italicus
  • 30ml/1oz Dry vermouth
  • An edible flower

Method

  1. Pour The Botanist, vermouth and Italicus into a mixing glass with ice. Stir until the outside of the glass feels cold
  2. Strain into a tumbler with a large cube of ice
  3. Garnish with an edible flower
