Rested Paloma
Our version of a Paloma uses agave from fellow B Corp Hilltop and our Cask Rested gin instead of tequila. The cask ageing process adds unique spices and citrus notes, making it the perfect match for a twist on a classic.
Ingredients
- 40ml The Botanist Islay Cask Rested Gin
- 25ml Grapefruit juice
- 10ml Lime
- 10ml Hilltop agave
- DASH water grapefruit soda
- Sea salt and grapefruit wedge
Method
- Rim half the glass with sea salt
- Add all ingredients, except soda, to a highball glass and stir
- Fill with ice and top with grapefruit soda
- Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
